Tom is a Practice Advisor on the Financial Services Business Transformation team at Cisco Systems delivering market leading solutions and business outcomes to enterprise insurance companies.
Brings 20+ years of thought leadership experience helping insurance companies to strengthen financial results, as an employee of and consultant to Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurers such as Travelers/Aetna, AIG and Generali Group, as Engagement Lead at Accenture, FS Insurance Partner at CSC Consulting Services, and start-up company entrepreneur.
Focus areas include business transformation strategy and operations, operating model design, process improvement initiatives, business case development, change management, talent management and leadership development for Home Office and field office Commercial and Personal Lines insurance organizations. Tom has worked in USA, Hong Kong and Japan. He is a graduate of Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey and is a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (“CPCU”).
Tom is the inventor of US Patent Application System and Method for Collaborative Insurance Claim Processing, and has published numerous articles in insurance industry publications, including National CPCU Society IT Cutting Edge, Insurance Advocate and Claims Magazine and has presented industry seminars at local and national events.
In addition to being a 20+ year veteran of corporate America, Tom has served with volunteer and charity organizations, including New Jersey Chapter CPCU Society, National CPCU Society, American-Hungarian Foundation, US Rowing, Carnegie Lake Rowing Association, Princeton Hospital and Boy Scouts of America.
